For a very special Sunday roast what could be better than a grass fed Castlemine Farm leg of lamb. We rear all our own Lamb on our Farm at Four Mile House, fed nothing but Natures finest. Our Lamb was chosen by Gordon Ramsey to Cook on The Cliffs of Moher as part of his ‘Uncharted’ series . We feature on ‘The Cliffs of Ireland’ episode filmed in Ireland and on our Farm.
