Our traditional Irish lamb Stew, which was enjoyed by Gordon Ramsey, when he came to visit us here at Castlemine Farm to help out and dip some sheep.  This is a hearty, slow-cooked dish featuring tender lamb, potatoes, onions, carrots, and pearl barley cooked in a savory broth.
