Our shop is located on the Circular Road in Roscommon town. When you drop in, you will be greeted with a wide range of meat products from the farm which is only 5 miles from our shop and part of An Bord Bia’s Origin Green Food & Drink Sustainability Programme.
Our butchers Tommy, Denis, Sean, Tommie, Norman and Alan are on hand to attend to your every need. There is no meat cut that these guys don’t know, so don’t be afraid to ask; they will also advise on the best ways to cook your chosen products.
We make our own sausages, dry cure our own hams and bacon, and of course we dry age our own angus beef and lamb. We have also added our own black and white pudding which Denis Ferricks, one of our skilled butchers, created using his own recipe. And that’s not all, we rear our own bronze turkeys on the farm for the Christmas market where the turkeys are free to forage in the lush grass fields.
